By accessing or using UniFormr, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
UniFormr is a cloud-based uniform management platform. We provide inventory tracking, employee assignment management, PPE compliance tools, and related features as described on our website.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. UniFormr Pro costs $250/month with a 14-day free trial. Payments are processed through Stripe. You may cancel at any time.
You agree not to misuse the service, attempt unauthorized access, or use the platform for illegal purposes. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms.
You retain ownership of all data you enter into UniFormr. We do not claim any intellectual property rights over your content. You grant us a limited license to process your data to provide the service.
UniFormr is provided “as is” without warranties. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.
We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via email. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
