When you use UniFormr, we collect information you provide directly: name, email address, organization details, and uniform inventory data. We also collect usage data such as page visits, feature usage, and error logs to improve our service.
We use your information to provide and improve the UniFormr service, process payments, send important service communications, and provide customer support. We do not sell your personal data to third parties.
Your data is stored in encrypted databases hosted on secure cloud infrastructure. We use industry-standard security measures including TLS encryption, secure authentication, and role-based access control.
We use the following third-party services: Stripe for payment processing, Neon for database hosting, Vercel for application hosting, and Resend for transactional emails. Each service has its own privacy policy.
We retain your data for as long as your account is active. Upon account deletion, we remove your personal data within 30 days. Anonymized usage statistics may be retained for analytics purposes.
You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data. You can export your data at any time from the Settings page. To request data deletion, contact us at fabiano@frascati.chat.
